STARTER A warm and aromatic Coconut Currey Carrot Ginger Soup (dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free options available) ENTRÉE (choose one) A perfectly cooked AAA Alberta Beef Ribeye served with a Red Wine Jus, cheesy Potatoes Romanoff, and Fire-roasted Vegetables.
