We waited 10 minutes to be served, no one interacted with us and when they did they forgot about us and went to continue making drinks. Finally when we were served we were told someone will come over to us to take our order, we waited another 15 minutes. When someone came we asked how long the food takes and he couldn't even give us an answer so we decided to leave,

horrible experience!!! We had walked in sat outside was given a menu and then never served!!! We sat for half an hour with waiters walking in and out not looking at us for us to get there attention. I walked inside went to the bar to ask the waiter if we could get served he just gave me a snarky response and said “yep be there soon” we weren’t the only table waiting and it seemed they were only concerned about 1 big group inside. We ended up walking out as we received no service, no acknowledgement nothing! I will not go back there again it was a horrible experience.

We purchased the “All the rainbows of Margarita” pack which specifically states it includes bao buns, fries and more on the website. The food that accompanied this package was 4 canapés (working out at $5 per mouthful) when I asked where the bao buns and fries were we were told it was up to the chef what we got… that was before I wore 5 passionfruit martini’s all over me. I get it accidents happen, and to the credit of the team we were compensated for this, however 1 small light on a 10 person table might give reason to spilling all the drinks on me. Unfortunately, what was meant to be a birthday celebration was tainted by mishaps, unmet expectations and a stained dress. Maybe try elsewhere.

Celebrated my 40th with a group of friends. Had couple of tables in the corner of the trarrace reserved. It was not too loud and felt like we had our own private space, specially with very attentive wait staff who provided table service. Drinks were good without being extraordinary. Overall a great experience.

We had a girl catchup over 5 hours. Service and cocktails and food was great. The passionfruit Martinis the best and the strawberry shooters awesome. Best night x

The wait staff were great however slightly disappointed with the Asian share platter as there weren’t as many food items on the platter as your website photos were showing. Also surprised to see patrons in shorts when neat casual is your dress code. Amazing view!!
