Quarter Acre, a welcoming neighbourhood restaurant combined with an upscale dining experience, is inspired by Chef Toby Archibald’s world travels and New Zealand roots. When you enter Quarter Acre, you will be transported to a place of warmth and character. A journey from the earthy green musk of the New Zealand rainforest to the cool blue of the Pacific Ocean.

The Culinary Experience:
Enjoy food prepared using both classic and modern techniques with a strong influence placed on local and national, seasonal produce. At the same time, global ingredients will also have their place at the table, in particular items from Toby’s home country of New Zealand, such as fresh seafood and unique meats and flavours.

When dining with us, Quarter Acre accepts cash, debit, and credit card. A 3.4% convenience fee will be added to all payments made by credit card.

Consistently excellent culinary experience and service! What comes across as effortless is I'm sure a meticulously thought out experience and unique dining experience in Dallas. We tried the tasting menu and it was one wonderfully surprising dish after another. Can't recommend it enough!

This is a great restaurant in Dallas, it stands among the best as Michelin determined. The food is not your typical version of anything, bringing unique and vibrant textures and flavors to food items that you wouldn’t normally think of. We thought the beef tartare and ceviche were incredible, the wine list was good too it had a much bigger New Zealand presence than I’ve seen in any other menu in Dallas (they let us know that the chef was from New Zealand). The entrees were as good as the appetizers, I got the duck and it was the best I’ve had in a long time. The only issue we saw was that the waitstaff almost over-delivered and interrupted our dinner conversation several times (this normally doesn’t bother me but we had friends in town and wanted to be a little bit more to ourselves than normal) where it wasn’t necessary, and I was surprised that we had to re-fill our glasses ourselves at a restaurant of this caliber. Those items are no reason not to return or come here, this was a top rated experience for a reason and this restaurant has a lot to be proud of and we will be coming back. Decor was also top-notch!

Every bite was a perfection, I wish I knew this place before. Definitely worth it, the staff in general are on another level.

One of the best meals in Dallas. Definitely recommend the Chef’s Tasting with Jacob’s wine pairings!

Loved the food (who knew cabbage could taste so amazing), the service (shout out to the barman's excellent martini and the sommelier's choice of wine), the atmosphere, the pace and thoughtful touches - like the small Anzac biscuit at the end of the meal.

Excellent food and drink choices. Staff was attentive and on point. Food quality was superb. Only complaint is we waited 25min past our reservation time to be seated and the main course could be timed a bit better. Starters and apps came quickly then it was a 30min lag before main course came out.

Expect a beautifully curated experience—one that feels like a hidden gem in San Francisco. Every dish was crafted with intention. The bread alone deserves its own standing ovation—sourdough, crispy varieties, tea biscuits at the end of the meal, all made in-house, and just exquisite. A small menu but one which offers pre-appetizer tasters which means every dish is studied and important. The service was beyond—warm, attentive, accommodating (and I surely am the ultimate test). Definitely the kind of place to wrap around yourself and your company.
