   Lovely pub to eat in, I enjoyed the vegetarian roast. Food could have been hotter and a bigger portion of the broccoli side order was needed really.

   They decided to stop serving Food at 8pm when my table was booked without informing me so I turned up to a table on New Year’s Eve and was not able to enjoy the night as planned, in fact the evening was ruined because of this. I confirmed by email my booking during the afternoon, they also had my telephone so a poor standard on their behalf

   One of the best Sunday roasts I’ve had in London. Will definitely be going back. Lovely setting, friendly staff and a great way to finish off your weekend.

   Perfect place for a meal before the QPR game. Good food, varied menu and decent wine list. Friendly and efficient service.

   The Sunday roast exceeded my expectations, and the restaurant itself was a beautiful and cosy location with a fireplace, a skylight and some old armchairs. The staff was friendly and helpful, and service was quick. Would definitely go again.

   Lovely meal here before a concert at Bush Hall. Myself and my partner both shared the baked Camembert as a starter, this came with small pieces of toasted bread, I would say they reminded myself of Melba toast. Absolutely delicious! My partner had the prawn linguine dish and liked it a lot, myself I had the Katsu curry. The curry was very good but I did find the combination of wild rice and broccoli pearls a very confusing combination. Personally, myself I would have preferred this dish with plain jasmine rice, which would have let the taste of the curry shine. My partners son who was also eating with us had the Thai fried chicken followed by sea bass, he was very complimentary about the sea bass. A note also, drink prices were reasonable and the wine was superb for the price.

   Fathers Day accompanied with the Gents' WC odour. An underwhelming family meal for 7 & below mediocre service. Tiny portion of Sea Bass with prawns, squid & clams:- ONE very small piece of fish. ONE tiny prawn. A slither of squid the size of a thumbnail mixed with half a dozen empty clam shells all swimming in paprika sauce. Price £17. Not good value at all. Table service would have been nice with a smile and a more friendly service. However the pub was fully booked with only 2 servers. The worse part was the oval table we were seated at was close to the Gents WC. Every time the door was opened a delightful odour of latrine wafted over our table. Disgusting. We spoke to staff and they said nothing could be done about it. We will not be eating at The Queen Adelaide, Uxbridge Road ever again. Strongly recommend the pub puts up a screen between the Gents toilets and adjacent table(s) when guest are eating.
