Over all just so so and food and service was just average. You are paying just for ambiance for kids. My kid enjoyed it but everything is over priced.

Rainforest Cafe used to be a safe environment for our dairy-protein allergy kid. While our server was great, there was no allergy menu & it was difficult to know whether items had dairy in them. This makes ordering in an already "difficult-to-read" menu really stressful. Otherwise our experience was fantastic.

We had a wonderful first time experience and Dee was our waitress. She took great care of us and we enjoyed every second. The environment and food was excellent!

over all ok, room temp set to very cold, childs meal not good. we were asked at start of meal if we wanted a photo that was free but felt under pressure when told our picture framed which was presented to us would cost 50$. i declined but it put a slight dampener on evening. server was good and location excellent.

Great service and very yummy food. It was exactly as I remember Rainforest Cafe from the 1990’s. It brought back wonderful memories.

We recently celebrated two of our kids’ birthdays at the Rainforest Cafe, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was magical—my kids were absolutely thrilled to be there. One of the highlights was the fun souvenir: when you order a strawberry lemonade, it comes in a glass that lights up, which you get to keep! The kids loved it. Our server was incredibly kind and professional, making sure everything went smoothly. The food was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was truly unique. There’s an occasional “change of weather” inside, with the environment shifting from stormy weather (complete with thunder and lightning!) to calm sunsets and sunrises. It added a special touch to the experience and kept us captivated throughout our stay. The animatronic animals were so lifelike, moving and making sounds—it felt like we were in a real rainforest! Everywhere you looked, there was something exciting to see or hear. Overall, it was a magical experience for both kids and adults alike. We’ll cherish the memories we made and can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a unique dining experience.

If you are looking for quality food this is not the place. If you are looking for a cool experience this may be the place. The frozen hamburger patty is not going to cut it and when you order a salad and even that is bad you got to ask yourself “Is this even about the food”

Dee and Randy made our visit amazing! Best service! Food was good too. And the kids loved the ambiance. Will be back again due to the service of the friendly staff.
