We are excited to welcome you to Rania, DC's hottest destination for modern Indian food. Tom Sietsema has called our food "some of the most inspired Indian cooking in DC." At Rania, we offer homage to the time-honored traditions, rich flavors, and spices of India in an intimate, luxurious setting. We look forward to sharing our vision with you!

Presenting sophisticated, highly acclaimed 4-course prix-fixe menu, with an upcoming debut of our chef's tasting menu.

Policies:
-Dress Code: Smart Business Casual. No shorts, athletic wear, or baseball caps are allowed.
-Children under 10 are not allowed in the main dining areas.
-Reservations are available for parties of up to 6 people.
- A non-refundable deposit of $30 per person is required for parties larger than 5.
-A 20% gratuity will be added to all parties 5 or more.

Immerse yourself in the elegance of Rania with our Chef's Tasting Menu, a sumptuous seven-course affair available at $175, complemented by exquisite wine pairings for $125 per person. Note: Due to the unique nature of our cuisine, we are unable to accommodate allergies to allium, nightshade, cumin, and coriander. However, we are pleased to inform you that we can cater to vegan diets and other dietary restrictions if notified beforehand. The food was excellent, and so was the service. Some cocktails are presented in a fanciful way and the food is creative, high quality and carefully prepared. Our server explain the dishes well and offered adjustments for my guest, who is gluten-free and dairy free.

Our meal at Rania was incredible. We did the four course tasting (great value for $90) and will definitely go back to try the Chef’s tasting. The dishes have deliciously layered flavors and the cocktails are unique and balanced. The space is also beautiful. Strongly recommend!

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Rania last night, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, creating the perfect setting for an unforgettable evening. Every dish we tried was a masterpiece, bursting with bold flavors and beautifully presented. Our dining experience was perfection from start to finish. All if the staff throughout the restaurant were kind, warm, Friendly and helpful. It was my husband's birthday and they really made it so special for him from the beginning to the end. The food was art, in flavor and design. Thank you!

The food was phenomenal, the service outstanding, and the restaurant interior design very pretty. We have to go back because there were so many other dishes that we want to try.

Fantastic dining experiance. The food was phenomenal the staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Presentation of food and drinks was beyond expectations and the food taste, textures, and aroma were unlike any experience I've had in the DC area thus far. Cannot understate how good the food was. Massive compliments to the chef and staff.
