   Waiter and maitre’d were very welcoming. Food (chicken, pasta) was okay. Deconstructed key lime pie would have been better constructed.

   Bartender was fab! He knew his wines and made a great espresso martini. Food: amazing! The oyster stew is a dish of complex art. So satisfying. One word, go!

   The food is amazing so we will definitely be back. The host was attentive and came by and took care of getting drinks reordered, which was great. Nice ambiance, but the lighting was so dim that we had to use the cellphone flashlight to view the menu. And then it was dimmed further!However, our server ALMOST went into too much detail, to the point of it impacting service. But again, the food speaks for itself.

   Incredible food. We typically rely on Open table to guide our choice when out of town. There weren’t many options for our size of group and while the photos looked delicious, I was hesitant since we were traveling with kids. EVERYTHING was amazing and everyone in our group was so surprised! We did family style so we were able to try a lot of different options - it was all soooo good! Service is really great - Stephen was awesome - he took time to tell us about the rocket launch happening that evening, making sure we were exiting the restaurant in time to get to a viewing woot down the street. We love places like these, locally owned with pride for great food and incredible service. Well done!

   Always a fantastic experience. The food is consistently good, and the waitstaff are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.Make sure to make a reservation as the dining room is somewhat small.

   My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience here. Although it was a busy night, the service remained outstanding. Our server, Benjamin, offered great recommendations and was very attentive. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the cocktails were fantastic—definitely some of the best in the area! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an elevated dining experience with a relaxing, cool vibe.

   This is our second time at Rebellion in Cocoa Beach, the first time was on their grand opening. Rebellion is one of the classiest restaurants in Cocoa Beach. Certainly ranks up at the top in terms of food, service, and atmosphere. One of the few places I found locally to serve oyster stew, one of my favorites. I paired it with their Rebellion Burger, that had interesting and complex flavors with its bacon, cheeses, and onion jam. My wife and daughter shared a flavorful chicken dish and we ordered two other appetizers, including their delicious cornbread and a special pasta dish. When the pasta dish was not initially received, the chef immediately prepared it, personally delivered it, and removed the charge from our bill, without us asking. Julia was our server and she was friendly, attentive, and prompt. Signature cocktails were interesting and delicious. Some interesting French wines highlighted the wine list. The owner stopped by our table and remembered us from our earlier visit. She thanked us for our patronage. We came early and when we left before 7:00, every table was occupied and the bar was filled. A little pricey, but in alignment with other quality restaurants and definitely worth it!

   This is my third trip to Rebellion Beachside and it gets better every time. Everything was perfect. Check them out and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Michelle and crew!

   Fabulous new place.. greeted with smiles Clean, fresh and god vibe.Waitress was outstanding, knowledgeable about menu, potions and wine and cocktail options We shared the tasty cornbread and yummy duck confit My beef tartare was amazing and my hubby loved his steak and frites.. good cut of meat and cooked to perfection and peeper sauce completed it.. we finished off our meal with crème brûlée.. will definitely go back .. nice to have something new with class locally

    Such a great new addition to Cocoa Beach & hands down the best oyster stew that I have ever had in my life When there check out their gallery & event room. It’s super cool. My wife & I are definitely going to be long time returning customers.
