We source our our produce locally and seasonally when possible. Our meats are hormone and antibiotic free. Our oils and vinegar's are organic.

    This place was amazing. Our host and several friendly and attentive The sake so good and kids drinks The food was over the top delicious and one of the rest desserts I have ever had Would definitely go back

    The food was fantastic and the bartender from Utah was really helpful. Great place. Cannot wait to get back to Nelson and eat here again!

    Even in the dead of winter when it's very quiet in Nelson, Red Light offers the same high level of utterly tasty cuisine, lovingly served as always,

    Consistently great food and the whole place has a great vibe. I was hesitant to try something other than the ramen (because I love it) but the Dan Dan Noodles did not disappoint. One of my favorite places to eat in Nelson.

    Great service, amazing ramen. We ordered the Pork Tantan the first time around and it was amazing. The next time some ordered the Chicken Tantan and one had the gluten-free noodles. all meals were excellent and the broth was amazing. Our server was responsive and friendly. I live in the Lower Mainland Vancouver, and this is the best ramen I have ever had. From the moment I finished my first meal, I was already planning my next visit in my short visit to Nelson. On our second visit there was an electrical problem in the kitchen, so there was a risk of us not being able to go, but they called to let us know, and they resolved it quickly and our reservation was only delayed 30 minutes.

    Food was unbelievably tasty. Best we had in Nelson! Cocktail menu was creative. We could not have been happier with our meal. The service was lackluster. We didn’t interact with our server until it was time to order dinner, so we ordered drinks, apps and dinner all at once and it was delivered together. No one checked in with us really at all, so we never ordered a second drink or the dumplings which we thought about trying. Saved us money, but it was a missed opportunity for the restaurant! With some attention to the customer this place would be 5 stars without a doubt. So delicious.

    Good food, awesome ambience. Server was awful. We had a reservation for 4, knocked on the door at 359 and the lone server dressed in slippers eventually came out and said we don’t open till 4 after ignoring our polite request to be seated. She was playing on her phone ignoring us for minutes, then proceeded to give more attitude throughout the meal. You should not be made to feel bad at a restaurant
