   The reservation was a joke. We waited another 45 minutes to be seated and another 30 minutes to even get our drinks. Our food did not arrive at our table until we had been seated for a hour and a half. When it arrived there was no consideration for the temperature that we ordered our steak and the lobster tail was like rubber. It was awful! To their credit they did replace the lobster tails but that took another 15 minutes! They were short staffed and many of the employees walked around the restaurant complaining to each other so everyone could hear. It certainly made the dining experience rather unpleasant.

   There were no other open tables in town and it seemed half the city was in the lobby. As one fellow diner put it, “It’s like that barber shop that says there’s an opening, but it’s not necessarily good when everyone is just standing around.” The best part of the ambience was bonding with fellow diners about the hour-long wait even though we all had made reservations on an app. Our experience explains the already poor rating of this restaurant. Lesson learned.

   Delays in some services. Under the circumstances overall it was a good experience. The management was a little lax for a holiday.

   First time visiting this particular Red Lobster and loved it! Wonderful service, delicious food, lots of options, and our server was excellent! Thank you so much!

   Service at our table was A+, unfortunate that our reservation got lost at check in and we waited 25 minutes after reservation to sit down, only after having to remind the front host we were here, service there was a C, with no apology or even a “we’re sorry”. Might be a great training opportunity.

   Food was not good at all. Shrimp tasted like it was sitting for a hour. Drinks didn’t taste like they had alcohol in them at all. Waiter was very not interested in us being there.

   Not sure if what just an off night but my wife and I decided to go for our 18year anniversary and didn't have a great experience. Took almost a half hour to get out drinks which mine was made wrong twice. Didn't get our bread until then was told the bread was still in the oven. Our main course was a little cold and we ended up getting my wife main course taken off because it was wrong and missing items. We noticed the bartender and someone sitting at the bar continue to walk outside to smoke and the staff hanging around the bar area talking. The manager didn't go e by once which was a shock because when ever we're at that location a manager stops by all the tables to ask if we're enjoying everything.

   The orzo was not cooked this was not the first time. And we had to ask for the orzo it was not served with the entree

    The hostess did a poor job. She did not keep scheduled time. We were seated 25 minutes after scheduled time even after we arrived 10 minutes early. Then she just dropped the menus on the table and pointed to it and said that's your table. The waitress was nice and the food was good, but the overall experience was marginal.
