    It was a Friday night and the bartender was not handling it well, snippy with me. I believe this small area needed 2 bartender/waiters to help each other. We were there 1-1/2 hours and a lot of it was waiting! The food could have been better as it is usually very good.

    There are 2 Red Lobster locations that do a great job: the IH35 location and the Hwy 281 location. The manager and team workers care about hospitality. The service and the food is really good.

    Red Lobster is a standard for good fresh seafood dinners, always enjoy going to restaurant, and this location in San Antonio always has good service and prompt service, been many times and will continue to go here in the future.

    Starting from the time we arrived the reception was great the waitress was friendly and had great suggestions from the menu and last but not least the food was amazingly delicious

    My wife and I enjoy dining at this Red Lobster. We always sit in the bar area where there are booths that sit two people. Anna is usually the bartender / waitress. She is really good at her job and has been with Red Lobster for years.

    Food was not cooked properly portion size super small. The waitress was super nice she was awesome, but the value and price of the plate just were not worth it! I will not go back at all.

    I was so excited to take my preschoolers to Red Lobster for the first time - I feel like it is a right of passage. My snow crab meal was delicious! My kids loved their Shirley temples. It was also very fun for them to see the lobsters and color on the kids menus. My normally picky eaters (think chicken nuggets and Mac n cheese) devoured my crab, broccoli and the cheddar bay biscuits. We will definitely be going back!
