The place to be to celebrate any occasion, big or small! Excellent atmosphere, warm staff, cool cocktails! “The Best Onion Soup, Ever” and plates of deliciousness abound. Looking forward to our next visit! Kudos to the Host Jose, and Brendan who made it extra special. This is an extra special place!

This was our fourth visit to the Regent Restaurant for dinner! Every dinner has been an exceptional experience, with flavorful and beautifully designed dishes and outstanding service. Looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing would be how I describe our experience at Regent. Our meal was beyond our expectations! We started off with the bread basket ( worth every penny), foie gras, beef tartar and the oysters which were the freshest I’ve ever had. Pork chop entree, short ribs and steak were all delicious! All of us at the table were so happy with our decisions. Our server Jessica made sure we had a superior experience. Will be going back soon!!!

As we were walking in on New Years Eve, a couple walking out voluntarily offered their review to us - "It's amazing"! My husband and I have to agree, all the categories were 5 star. So thrilled to have a beautiful option so close to home. Thank you Brookmere! Happy New Year and Cheers to 2025!

Food/presentation was exceptional. Staff was attentive and friendly. Oysters were delicious. Our main meals, short ribs and the cassoulet, were great and the desert was fantastic. The bread basket was unique and really quite good, although you had to buy the basket separately—still worth it. Overall, a great first experience. This restaurant just recently opened. The menu is small but was great for us.

From the moment we were greeted at the door to the time we walked out, our experience was absolutely exceptional. The recommendations by the wait staff and food were divine, the level of care they paid to us throughout the meal was exemplary and the overall atmosphere was palpable. A welcomed addition to the Saratoga hospitality scene and we look forward to seeing how it flourishes in months and years to come!
