Situate in Aberdeen's famous Marischal Square, we are Aberdeen's first and only dedicated social space with 4 street food vendors: Acropolis Greek food with gyros & halloumi galore! Baby Jewel authentic Indian street food cuisie, Dam Burger smash burgers and uniquely seasoned fries, and Pluck fried chicken specialists. We have two bars; an upmarket bar specialising in draught beer, fun cocktails and spirits; and Lab X - premium cocktail bar with a desire to blow our customers' minds with our unique, creative libations & local premium spirits

Great place to meet for catching up. Food was good, not many bar staff so lucky it was quiet.

we walked in at our booked time, one member of staff had their head on the table asleep. the guys in the food booths were sat doing nothing. we walked up and down a bit to see if one was going to speak to us, not one word from anyone. the one with his head on the table did get up but ignored us and went into the back. so we walked out, we had been looking forward to trying it. so we took our business to another restaurant that welcomed us in with open arms and a smile.

Saturday the 9th- When we arrived no one was at the checkin stand to show us where my booked table was, so I went to the nearest bar to find out. I was taken back down to the stand to then go back up to the bar, and a group had already taken my booked table. So we had to take another one anyway! We ordered two vodka blackcurrant lemonades and a gin with lemonade and it was £16.40, we ordered the same else where and it was £8.60!! The live music was very loud. We went to the food stalls and waited around 5 minutes to place an order with aberdam except he was very busy and wouldn’t look up to take our order. So we went to the chicken place, which was way too salty and the chicken was dry and over cooked. I’m vegetarian and they didn’t have as much options as I would have liked. We stayed for 1 drink and food and left as soon as we were done. Not a particularly good experience, I’ve been before and it was a much better environment and time. This was when the £5 cocktail deal was on.

No one was there to show us to our booked table so we just sat at a free and available table. Luckily there was one big enough to fit us on. Food was spot on.

Very good for our group of 6 before the football. All food and drinks very well received, becoming a very good favorite go to place due to the variety & brilliant location also. See you soon!

2nd time here and enjoyed it as much as the first time! I’ve been to a few of these street food type places in Scotland and Resident X is by far the best one!

We were really looking forward to our first visit here, we arrived and were asked if we had a booking, the staff member pointed us over to our seats up some stairs. Given we had never been before it was disappointing that they didn't explain how it works. Luckily we had been to a similar concept before in London. We ordered our food firstly at pluck, the server was pretty grumpy and basically looked like they didn't want to be there, I thought it was maybe just us but after the other 2 families ordered they also commented on it. Servers at the Acropolis and baby jewel were very pleasant and welcoming. Food could honestly be better, it's such a good concept but just feels a little half assed, it really has potential as I've said earlier we have been to one similar in London which was brilliant food quality was alot better. Pluck - chicken nuggets & chips was fine can't really go wrong Baby Jewel we had the loaded aberdam fries this was really good lots of taste to it and would order again. Acropolis- fried halloumi this was nice, we also had chicken platter unfortunately it was really tasteless and chicken was overcooked and dry. Would I go back to eat again? Sadly probably not, it was to expensive for what it is. Would I go back for the bar and drinks? Yes I would

We arrived at 4 we received a lovely warm welcome and showed to our tables. We were a group of 7 friends. It was a really nice venue and we were advised on ordering food which was simple. Good choices were great and price perfect, we all ordered from different vendors and all enjoyed our choices. We stayed for a few drinks and would recommend going

Very loud with DJ playing and then vocalist. Very disappointing bland food I’m afraid. Our table of 3 had food from 3 vendors and 2 were disappointing. Menus on the tables would be beneficial. Cocktail menu was incorrect as to what they were offering. We like the idea of this kind of street food venue this place isn’t quite hitting the mark.
