Welcome 2025 with an elegant New Year’s Eve dinner at The Durham Hotel. Our $95 prix fixe menu offers three thoughtful courses featuring locally inspired ingredients and seasonal flavors. Begin with options like Hamachi Crudo with Caviar or a Savory Black Truffle Crème Brûlée. Entrée selections include Duck Breast with a Szechuan-Blood Orange Glaze, Banana Leaf-Wrapped Fish with Forbidden Black Rice, or Root Beer Braised Short Rib with Black Truffle Spaetzle.
