The only good thing about our dinner was the service. Our waitress was nice. Other than that, some of the food we ordered never made it to the table, some just came late, the lettuce in the salad was full of sand, the table was dark, and the dishes that did arrive at the table were of mediocre quality. Not worth the experience

We loved the ambience at Revel and the food was delicious! It was very busy and the drinks took a little longer but not too bad. Overall: we loved it!

Regretting taking the recommendation of the Ritz concierge, we waited for 10 minutes to get water and 20 minutes to be greeted by the waitress, another 15 to get our drinks and a total of 45 minutes to actually place our food order! Food was hit or miss- mostly miss. Under done NY Steak sandwich, 3 soups were lukewarm and none had soup spoons. And who serves sparkling water with no ice and a warm bottle? Raclette cheese had no way of staying warm and so the cheese hardened and was not edible. We noticed many other unhappy guests suffering from the poor service and food. So disappointing.

We were seating immediately but it took 35 mins for a waiter to get us water and order drinks. Took a total of 45 mins for a bottle of wine. 1 hour to just get appetizers. Then they messed up our dinner order. I have been there 7-8 times and service is always spotty.

Good food and plenty of space for a larger group. They went out of their way to make the experience a lot of fun.

Unfortunately until we were seated we were not aware that the normal menu had been replaced by a buffet. Being objective the buffet was excellent in terms of choice, quality and presentation. The downside being the price at $150 per person. Would definitely recommend.

All great but shouldn’t allow pijamas or shorts guys especially for Xmas !!!! Thanks otherwise. Great lobster

We go to Revel whenever we stay at The Hythe Luxury Collection hotel. We enjoy coming to this restaurant. Depending on when we visit, it may not be busy. However, the quality of the food is always good whether they are too busy or not busy enough. My husband had a club sandwich, and I had a power bowl with shrimp. They were both very good with very fresh ingredients. Every time we come (for the last 2+ years), we can count on the quality of food. One thing to call out is the menu accuracy. There is a link to the menu on the restaurant site, but it is not up to date. During our drive to Vail, we reviewed the menu and were excited to plan what to order. Unfortunately, those items were all not available. Otherwise, I would give a 5-star rating.

Loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the waiter was less than qualified to work as a server. Most importantly, the food was just plain awful. Utterly disappointing considering it was our first night’s stay at the hotel.
