Riccardo's Ristorante is a cozy family run business in the historic North End of Boston, since 1994.
Follow the Freedom Trail from Faneuil Hall and Rose Kennedy Greenway, across from Paul Revere's house.

Try our infamous ricotta stuffed meatballs-shhh, they are not on the menu but available anytime.
In addition to the traditional Italian favorite, Chicken Parmigiano, we are known for our delicious Eggplant Rollatini and Seafood Fra Diavlo. We offer Gluten Free pasta to ensure every guest is included-when you walk in, you are part of the family.

Our table was not ready when we arrived. The ambiance was not remotely close to any other restaurant in the area even though it has a lot of good ratings. Took over ten minutes to get a menu and water when we first sat down and didn’t get bread until we ordered our appetizer. The calamari was definitely frozen but whatever right. The pasta with shrimp and scallops was not amazing. The pasta was good but the shrimp and scallops tasted frozen and looked frozen. The dish was just pasta, with marinara on top; it wasn’t very appeasing. The place was very loud, stuck us upstairs by the stairs with a lot of bigger gatherings. The table we were at was actually a table meant for outside, with the grate looking top and the umbrella holder in the middle. It has a table cloth covering it all thankfully. This place shouldn’t be charging the amount it does for such below average food (compared to the area).

Terrible service, disappointing food, I can make better italian at home. Very loud. Singers asking for money with Instagram and veemo while you are having dinner, qr code in your face. Intrusive and pushy.

We had a wonderful meal here last night. The food was delicious. The server was so kind and welcoming. The hosts were really friendly. We all loved our food. Good vibrant energy too.

Our waiter, handled a table of 13 flawlessly. We were impressed he didn’t even write down our order, and didn’t miss a beat. Food service was prompt, and delicious. We highly recommend dining there

Food wasn’t near as tasty as previous visits. My grilled chicken fettuccine was unseasoned and was basically just cream without any flavorful cheese added. Chicken parm was meh and wasn’t very warm. Honestly, wont be back for a while considering the price for poor quality food.
