                                                                                Staff could do with a smile and less attitude. Didn’t even apologise for spilling the wine. Refused to pay the service charge as didn’t warrant it. Shame on you Roast you have gone down hill!

                                                                                Not what it used to be. The service was poor and the food was not too dissimilar to what you'd expect at a mass catering event such as a wedding. Certainly won't be returning until they sort their sh*t out.

                                                                                It had lovely ambiance, however very busy, we had to wait and hour for food. Although when it arrived the food was well presented and delicious. I think i would just ask to be placed in seating, where not so many people and staff had to walk and squeeze past our table. This made it less comfortable. 1st time, but would like to go again, with hope to have an overall better experience.

                                                                                The food was outstanding. The anniversary dessert was a thoughtful and tasty touch. Sadly the service was slow (50 minutes after we were seated our food arrived) and seating was cramped.
