    This was my first trip to Roma. The service and food were great! We ate outside in the new courtyard area which was very nice. I highly recommend for good Italian fare!

    We had pear/beet salad and pizza. The salad was bitter with one slice of pear, one slice of beet, and one walnut, with a pile of bitter greens. Not great. The pizza was good and they are willing to change toppings as you wish. Overall the restaurant was average. It is in a high tourist traffic area.

    This is a restaurant we never miss when we come to St Maarten. The food is fabulous- I have NEVER had a bad meal and have eaten here AT LEAST 8 times. My favorite is the gnocchi- but I’m quite partial to Gorgonzola gnocchi is what first brought me to the restaurant with my BFF who is known as “Mrs Gorgonzola Gnocchi” by the owner, Marco. But tonight I shared a plate of gnocchi and a plate of chicken parm with my daughter-and the chicken Parm was so much that we each ate 1/4 of the chicken along with the gnocchi and we were so full we could not finish.  The staff there is always amazing and very attentive. Do not hesitate to make a reservation here because you will not be disappointed!

    The food was excellent and the service was good as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning to it again

    The service - host, bartender and servers - was exceptional. Very fun upscale atmosphere. The meal however was only “okay”. A little bland and both cuts of meat we ordered were tough. Perhaps we ordered wrong. Predinner drinks and their recommended Chianti were very good.

    It was our first time eating at Roma! Shana, our wait person was amazing! Great personality and very helpful in choosing our meal. My husband had the 16 oz veal chop and I had Aragosta risotto. Highly recommend!

    Roma does it again!!!! I am a student at the Medical School on this island, and having eaten at my fair share of restaurants on the French and Dutch side, I can honestly say Roma is my favorite restaurant. Marco, Matteo, and the rest of the crew are fantastic authentic Italian chefs that do Italian food as simply and authentically as possible while still having a nod to some Americanized favorites for those who have a special request (looking at you, chicken parmigiana lovers). Our server Yolaine was friendly, warm, and very attentive as always. I have been here several time as she was excellent as always. My family is visiting this week and Roma was my number one must visit, and as always, my family was beyond impressed. My fathers family still lives majority in Molise, so we have done a significant amount of traveling in Italy and our favorite Italian restaurant back home is run by a Michelin Starred chef, and honestly Roma stacks up with the best of them. The Pizza is 1000% the best on island, much more authentic with a real wood oven (vs Mamma’s), the 4 Roman pastas all use fantastic imported guanciale as they should, the wine selection is fantastic and very reasonably priced…. I could go on forever but do yourself a favor and make a reservation here and enjoy and Italian dinner you won’t forget!😊
