    Step into Hank's Hideaway — a rooftop oasis where bold cocktails, tropical flavors, and the Dallas skyline set the stage for an authentic escape. Join us from May 1st to July 27th for the ultimate tiki experience. Reservations are encouraged. *Please note: The rooftop will serve our weekend brunch menu from 11am - 4pm, and the pop-up menu from 4pm - close.

    Reservation was at 5, we arrived early, didn’t get seated til 5:30 after twice reminding the rude host. After finally getting seated, we never received a dinner menus….really? Had show tickets so we had to leave without ordering dinner. Place was half full and had HORRENDOUS service….VERY disappointing,

    Some of the BEST food we’ve ever had! The restaurant was phenomenal. Service was amazing. We were on the rooftop and had a gorgeous view of the city. I love how it was covered so we could also watch the rain. 11/10.

    We ordered our dinner shortly after getting our first drinks. We then received our dinner and had finished it in its entirety before the waitress came back. We ordered drinks and water for each of us (that wasn’t there to begin with, the first question was whether we wanted to pay for bottled water). It took around 15-20 mins to get our drinks, the water never came. I’m disappointed because, as a frequent visitor, The Henry has always delivered on the expectation of premium service for their premium prices. However, this time was different. I hope this is an anomaly, because I really like going there.

    The ambiance and views were top tier. Music was a little loud almost like a night club and the food was just okay. I would recommend for drinks with a view but not so much for a date night dinner. I had a good experience overall though.

    Reservations were made and confirmed by the restaurant for outdoor rooftop seating. When we arrived we were then placed inside and were told that the outdoor seating was already accounted for. A complaint was sent through google reviews wheee the GM originally responded and stated they will follow with me. Nobody has followed up at all.
