Rose & Ivy, located in the beautiful two-story, vine-covered historic I.R Burns and H.H. Bell Building right next to the Sarasota Opera House in the heart of Downtown Sarasota. Featuring eclectic Pan-Asian cuisine, with a focus on sushi, sizzling steak, exotic dim sum, a superb beverage program, plus a curated atmosphere like nothing in Sarasota.

The space is a multi-faceted property with large front and courtyard patios with lots of fans for Florida weather, interior dining room and upstairs piano bar. Explore with us from 3PM-12AM, Tuesday through Sunday!

    This place is run by total morons! I wouldn’t return here if they bought my meal!! Walked in. Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up @ reception. Our OT reservation meant nothing! He said “sorry we have a private party upstairs, our only seating is outside!” It was 58 degrees & cold. Totally clueless! Too many fabulous restaurants in SRQ to stand for this crap!! Go somewhere else to eat! 🤬😱🤮

    There was an issue with table reservations as restaurant is claiming they didn’t get our table reservation from open table! Please fix this issue!

    Amazing food. Started with tuna Poke and for entrees Pork chop with Brussels sprouts and shrimp and scallops. Atmosphere festive and wine/cocktails perfect.

    This is our new fav place in Sarasota. We’ve brought friends a few times now. The service is always good, the food is great and the drinks as well. Everyone is always warm and welcoming!

    Delicious eclectic menu. Our group enjoyed the sushi, burger and shrimp king pao, wine and cocktails. Try to sit upstairs when the weather is cold to be away from the front door. Two beautiful bars and cozy, upscale pub ambience.

    The food was excellent. I had the Tuna & Avocado nachos and highly recommend them. All other items we ordered were very good, as well. The service was was friendly and attentive, and all our questions were quickly answered.

    Excellent food without something for everyone. Efficient and professional service from the staff. Personal attention from the owner making sure that ALL of his clients have a memorial experience. Highly recommend.

    If you want to eat inside you apparently have to send a note with the reservation- not just select the third option that looks like indoor seating. They were great setting us up with a heater and we had a lovely evening
