I booked a romantic dinner in the patio area, Guess what? We were informed that patio was closed due to winter, which was not communicated when we Made the reservation. Additionally, it turned out there was no dinner service available, only appetizers. We were seated in a rather noisy area near a live rock band that did not fit the romantic ambiance we had expected. We ultimately decided to leave after just a couple of minutes, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. I would suggest improving communication regarding venue availability and dining options to ensure guests are aware of what to expect. Thank you.

There must have been a management change sometimes in the last year, I've always had an amazing experience here. This visit not so much, it was 20 min after we were seated before we were even asked for drinks. Service was slow, and definitely not like my previous experiences. The price doesn't match the value anymore

My husband and I took my parents here after dinner. We all had a great time. Robin, our server, was attentive and friendly as always. She's fantastic! The band was great as well. My only suggestion would be to add a few mocktail options to the menu.

totally bummed! they really missed the mark! gorgeous atmosphere, but the vibe of a cruise lounge with horrible old wedding music! i’m not sure what age group they’re trying to draw, but it could be so much better than it is!! bring back cherry nightclub!!

I had such an amazing time! The vibe was so amazing and the singer was too! The food and drinks were sooo good. Thank you so much for such an amazing birthday! PLUS 50% off for girls nights. Will def be coming back ❤️

Rouge room has beautiful, aesthetic, beautiful design however they do not have the nightlife we were desiring. Maybe Rouge room room has run its course. We ended up going to Durango and Bel Air lounge was incredible! Lots of people lots of fun!

I enjoyed the ambiance and the food was delicious, although I don’t recommend this place if you are looking to have a full meal. This is more of a lounge than a restaurant with small food portions on the pricier side. The band was amazing. Overall my husband and I had a nice time but in the future we will go out to dinner first before heading to the Rouge Room for drinks and live music.
