2015 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc This decadent wine is crafted from grapes harvested very late in the season, providing us with a complex and intensely flavored juice. With delicate notes of ripe stone fruit, sultana raisins, white tea, and spiced orange, the palate exhibits flavors of golden apple, ripe nectarine, honey, and a touch of mandarin zest. A soft acidity tempers the sweetness and helps carry luscious aromas and flavors through the finish. Non-Vintage Angelica Sauvignon Blanc Made in a port style, this wonderfully aromatic wine is aged 6 years and made entirely from our estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Incredible essence of white chocolate and caramelized pear on the nose are enhanced with notes of crème brûlée and vanilla bean. Marzipan and toasted nuts graze the mid-palate, followed by orange peel, lemon macaron, and honeysuckle. Each year we harvest the grapes from our Rutherford vineyards and cook the unfermented juice - the musto - over an open flame.
