Lovely meal as always , service great , considering we splashed out on whiskey cocktails and more expensive wine as celebrating a birthday the cost was very good . Consistently great quality .

Always a good dining experience at Roys. It's usually quiet enough so you can enjoy a conversation without having to raise your voice. Food is of a high quality with good options for everyone. Desserts are great too and service is polite and reasonably quick. Highly recomendded.

This is the second visit to Roy's and I was more impressed than the first visit. Excellent food, drink and service. Highly recommend this restaurant as it is a hidden gem in a great village setting.

Great business lunch. Had the lunch set menu which is great value. Staff are pleasant and unobtrusive. Looking forward to next visit.

First time visiting after trying on a few previous occasions and not having availability. We loved the food and service. Good menu..everything you’d expect really. If I have to be picky the focaccia wasnt as ‘quality’ as I would have liked but still tasty and didn’t detract from the overall experience. Will definitely be back.

Roys Restaurant today produced again good value food, from a good variety on the menu. The meal was presented well, looked hot and tasted really good. Today, i had the fixed menu for lunch , which offered a good selection of choice at a fixed rate Highly recommend and a must for a romantic occasion.
