Sabai Thai, located in midtown Manhattan, opened in 2018. The restaurant's menu serves traditional Thai dishes, showcasing the intricacy, complexity, and richness of the country's cuisine. The Thai term 'sabai' means 'relaxed', and this is evident in the ambiance and the beautiful 2,300-square-feet space.

At Sabai Thai, the safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. All guests will have their temperature taken upon arriving at the restaurant. One member of each party will be required to provide personal information for contact tracing. Guests are encouraged to wear a mask when entering and leaving the restaurant, accessing the restroom, and respecting six-feet social distancing.

Service and food are exceptional. Bartenders, Manager, Waiters and Hostess interactions were great. It gets crowded at night so make a reservation. Weekend brunches or daytimes are less crowded. Love this staff. Food is delicious. I was there Saturday evening waiting for a friend and did not feel rushed which goes a long way. So they will get referrals and more business from me in the future. I wish most restaurants could make this a priority and place service, and great food at forefront. Excellent manager and he kept checking in on 12-07-Adrian, wish I remembered amazing bartenders and waitresses names, Anessa and staff are all fabulous!! It takes a team to create a memorable restaurant experience. Hats off to chefs as well.

Always amazing. The Pad See Ew is obnoxiously good. Get it every time. And Papaya Salad, just stop. Amazing. Will be back for our 5th visit next time we visit city!

My husband I had a wonderful time. We celebrated our six year anniversary with Sabai and they did not disappoint. They welcome us by wishing us a happy anniversary and even wrote us a card from all of the employees. They also gave us a complimentary glass of champagne. The food, ambiance and service were all excellent. We could not have asked for a better experience. We both thank you, and can’t wait to come back again.

Great food, great ambiance, awful restroom situation. Had to line up for 15-20 mins at a stretch to use the one single restroom.
