Had a wonderful meal last night. Tried many tapas with the chorizo and butterbean stew stealing the show. Also hit the cocktails which were 2 for 1. Good value for good food.

Having not been too Salt Yard for few years this experience was highly disappointing. The food was okay, the best being the star but it was very small my main issue was the staff. they were very indifferent not really carling at all. Any questions seem too be too much of an effort. no-one cleared empty glasses, plates are left and at the and of £90 for 2 people no-one asked if we enjoy out email etc.. its the simple things. We. felt an inconvenience rather than welcome.

Lovely food and excellent service, the staff were very friendly and it was a nice relaxing evening with friends.

Skip the crispy squid and go for the chicken / cod as main tapas when choosing from lunch set menu of 3 tapas plates for £15 per person. Skip the tomato salad and go for chorizo instead if you want to get full.

Food was great and servers were warm and friendly, however food was very slow to arrive and things were forgotten. The restaurant was super quiet too, so it wasn’t a case that they were rushed off their feet! It would be lovely to have more plant-based options too.
