   We go weekly however the service was horrible this time and our server only had one other table. The manager was not much better. Hoping this was an off day but the reviews online seem to report this often. Disappointed because we have enjoyed it in recent visits

   Our server was nice and courteous, but the order was incorrectly delivered. Not sure if it was a kitchen error, or another issue, but my wife and I had elements of each others order in what was delivered to our table.

   As I was alone and it was early, I sat at the bar. The bartender was very friendly. He told me that the appetizers were half off, so I decided to try one. I asked what he recommended and he named 3 different options. I chose the fried mushrooms. A few minutes later I ordered a T-bone steak (medium rare) with asparagus and Caesar salad. The salad came out fairly quickly and I must say was the best part of the meal. A few minutes after the salad was cleared my steak arrived. The bartender asked if there was anything else I needed and I said, “ just the mushrooms I ordered”. A couple minutes later I received a small skillet filled with sautéed mushrooms. I asked the bartender and he realized the mistake. The kitchen rushed out the fried mushrooms which were very good. Other than the mix up, my steak was thin, overcooked and closer to medium well. No worries, I can still eat it, but the amount of seasoning on it and the asparagus was very off putting. Some people may like it, but I prefer the steak to have its own flavor and it not be hidden under so much seasoning. It wasn’t bad, just not for me. If was to visit again, I would request no seasoning. All in all, everything was ok, not bad but nothing special.

   Saltgrass is a great place to eat. We took my parents and they say this is now their favorite place

   We hadn't been to Saltgrass in a long time and my expectations were high because it was one of my favorite restaurants. This visit was disappointing. The server was nice but the service was very slow. We were there for 2 hours and not because we sat and visited extra long after the meal. The order wasn't quite right when delivered and some (not all) of the food was cold. The music was a little loud when we first got there but we must have gotten used to it because it didn't bother us later. This was a splurge night which we hardly ever do. For 5 adults, our bill was $250 (no alcohol). I still tipped 20% because it wasn't the servers fault, the kitchen was just that slow. To spend that much money ($300), you expect the highest service and the highest quality, hot food. It just wasn't what I remembered. No one in our party was happy with their meal overall (some parts were very good). Probably won't be back.

   This was another great experience at this Salt Grass location. The perfect night when I was craving a hot steak on a cold day. I had the T-Bone, and it was cooked just as ordered. We had a group of 3, and the timing of food delivery and waiter presence was ideal. I will be returning here.

   Dining on Christmas Day at lunch. The staff did an excellent job handling the crowd. We had reservations, arrive 10 minutes early, got checked in and were Calle for our table at the exact time of the reservation. Our serve, Jayda, came over promptly, offered drinks and/or apps. We ordered drinks, the entrees. Salads took a while to come out and we found out our server had been burned on her arm. We patiently waited and a few minutes later she was back, saying all was good. She continued to do a fabulous job waiting on her tables. Food was delivered hot and fresh. The kitchen had to have been busy with the crowd they were serving. We had an excellent meal. Best to Jayda, too, for healing. She's a tough one! Salt Grass is lucky to have her on the team!

   We had a great time on Christmas Day. Our server was great. We had an issue with one of our appetizers not coming out until our meal but they comped it and our server was very apologetic. It’s Christmas, it was no big deal to us considering how busy it was. If you don’t make a reservation you’re probably waiting at least an hour. Food was amazing!

    Meagan was the manager and Emily was our server. We made reservations a couple of weeks in advance of Christmas Day to accommodate our large family. They made sure that we had a table set and had a wonderful experience. The food was perfect and it did not take long to be served. Thank you so much, Meagan And Emily for making our day so special.
