   First time visiting. We were regulars of the previous Restaurant 44. The restaurant has had a complete transformation. It is beautiful. Great service, wonderful menu options, tasty food at a reasonable price. Will definitely return,

   It’s no surprise that Salute comes from the owners of Bice (the kindest, best restaurant in Palm Beach). Salute is absolutely beautiful & intimate, the food is divine, and the service is outstanding. We went for lunch, which is definitely quieter… and we can’t wait to go back for dinner to check out the vibe. I have so many examples of where Bice has gone the extra mile to make EVERYONE feel like a VIP, and Salute is no different. This is a very special edition to Palm Beach.

   Welcome to the most authentic Italian dining experience in Palm Beach! Salute was charming, delicious and divine mastering all aspects of the culinary experience. From start to finish we were treated to a spectacular evening in their lovely patio garden, everything from the ambiance, front of house staff, and the exquisite food blew us away. We loved every bite but our favorite was Sfolliata Di Verdure pasta. This hidden gem tucked in the Palm Beach Towers is simply MAGICAL! We will be back as regulars and can’t rave enough about this 5 ⭐️ experience!

   Salute has quickly become our favorite hidden gem for a delicious Italian meal. The dining room is beautiful, and the outdoor garden seating is just as lovely – perfect for enjoying the weather. Before you even start your meal, you'll be delighted by the amazing bread they serve. The paper-thin, wide breadsticks are so delicious, you'll wish you could take them home. The pasta is equally incredible—fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The cocktails are top-notch as well. Be sure to ask Manny at the bar to make one of his signature drinks: the amazing espresso martini or his unique take on the old-fashioned, which he calls the "Millennial Old Fashioned." Both are absolutely fantastic. The service at Salute is always friendly and attentive, with a warm welcome that makes the entire experience even more enjoyable. We were just there last night, and I already wish we could go back tomorrow!
