After traveling all day and wanting to go somewhere within walking distance I booked Sands Harbor. We were here several times when Rusty Hook owned the place. No whole fish fried with Thai chili sauce, bummer, but the food was pretty good. Grouper bites were good with yummy tarter sauce (always a good sign). My husband got the steak sandwich after toying with mahi tacos. He said the steak was tender and everything that went along was tasty especially the slaw which was plentiful and pretty delicious, also a sign of a good restaurant. I had the steak bites over Spanish rice with chimmichuri which was delightful, not so sure it was Spanish but very tasty. Lots of crunchy flavorful broccoli to balance out the fried fish bites. And the steak was grilled with mushrooms, peppers and onions, all really delicious. We got a bottle of wine and took the leftovers home. Definitely go that route because the glass pours seemed very small. Our server was a little green but super sweet and took great care of us. We sat under the covered area because it threatened rain but none came along. The open air breeze was so nice after coming from CT’s unpredictable now winter type weather, ugh. Great first day restaurant pick for sure. Not a luxury menu and missed that Thai fish dish but satisfying all the same. I hear the flatbread is nothing special. Our server said the vodka sauce pasta was his favorite but we weren’t feeling pasta. Great views of the intercostal with a nice breeze. Can’t go wrong there. Very relaxing and peaceful.

Not a particularly extensive menu but what was there was very good. The view was spectacular. However the chairs are very uncomfortable with the sides digging into the hips and I think maybe the high top chairs are probably more comfortable. Other than that it was a very nice evening.

This was a delightful experience! We saw the boat show and we had a great meal. Very nicely done The service was outstanding, particularly Robin, who was our server. We will definitely return!

Great views, delicious food, plentiful bottomless Mimosas and excellent service! “Steve A” did his best to see that we enjoyed our Brunch. We will definitely visit again.

Great anniversary brunch. Food and service were both great, ambiance is casual and relaxed, right on the intracoastal.

We went for the Thanksgiving dinner and the food was terrible. Dry turkey. plate presentation was terrible and missing parts of our order from beginning to end . The service was welcoming and attentive we enjoyed the drinks and sitting by the water. I guess I just ordered the wrong thing. Their regular menu food was good. My husband got the blackened Mahi Mahi sandwich. Next time….
