Sangiovese Ristorante at Fishers District is a new addition to the Sangiovese family. We have brought many of our original recipes to Fishers with an addition of a few new items. Sangiovese Ristorante was founded in 1994 by Owner/Operator Chris Evans. His goal was to bring an authentic Italian cuisine to Indianapolis' North Side. My only complaint is the heirloom tomatoes were a bit hard and out of season on the tomato salad. Loved the capellini dish - very flavorful - everyone was eating my meal!
