   We went to Sapphire 3 times. Great location and plenty of people watching. 2 of the 3 days we had great service. The other day we were ignored and had to hunt down a server every time we wanted to order. The chairs are fine - not padded but comfortable enough. The drinks and food are good and the overall experience is pleasant. Having access to a clean bathroom and food/drinks from your chair beats the alternative any day! But they really cram the chairs in, so very close quarters. Also constant interruptions from sellers on the beach. I know this is to be expected but having to say “no” every 2-3 minutes wears you down pretty quickly. By day 3 we only stayed half as long as day 1.

   Booked a cabana and the service was absolutely non-existent, go to the El Dorado for a great experience.

   Easy to reserve a chair. Good and drinks were good and reasonably priced.

   Danny, Martin, Pablo, and all of the staff at Sapphire are great. Always a favorite for us in PV! Can’t wait to return next year!

   Overall very good. Advice, be aware on your bill I The charge for your chair is included. Do not tip on the chair rental. They do not tell you this. Therefore you are being overcharged.

   My friend and I spend the day at the Sapphire Ocean Club and had a wonderful day. Everyone (guests and staff) were so welcoming, nothing was a problem. I finished the day with a wonderful keg and foot massage. We would definitely come back here

   Sapphire Ocean Club is a favorite of mine. The staff is exceptional and the food is always delicious. They don’t play blasting music which is also why I prefer it. And let’s not forget the drinks. A plus

    Great, chill ambience and excellent food at the beach. Nice to have the pool option. Service with Oscar and others was terrific. Highly recommended.
