Built in 1867, Satchmo's Corner sits in a wonderful old building in the market town of Rugby, famous for the game, Rugby School and for being
The Gateway to the Midlands.
Satchmo's Corner represents all one wants to enjoy in a restaurant, one might say. Take some time out of your day to slow down and relax in the epitome of comfort, in our soft lounge area or more formally at the table where you will be served food from our menus of modern British cuisine,
whether breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or evening meal all of which are cooked in-house by our amazing Chef's, who prepare, cook and serve
fresh food daily, Tuesday to Sunday.
Starting with an array of delicious choices.
Breakfast with an array of options is served 9am - 12pm, and our luncheon menu, from 12pm - 6pm.
Satchmo’s would not be complete if we didn’t offer our quintessentially English afternoon teas which are served 1pm – 4pm and followed by
dinner at 5pm.

Went for the first time for afternoon tea having previously been for lunch, dinner and breakfast!!Love this restaurant. Changed us to a window table so we could enjoy the afternoon sun. The decor is great, the food never disappoints snd Andrei and co always look after us really well 😁

Highly recommend. It is not the cheapest place but is worth the extra for the food, taste and variety.

From start to finish our meal was amazing. I have now eaten there 3 times and it gets better each time. Service was perfect, food delicious and ambience great. My only criticism was that the menu was laminated which I think gave it a ‘cheap’ feel. We will definitely be going back.

A very pleasant lunch, food and ambiance was lovely although very limited vegan/veggie options, my daughter ended up with chips and olives. Service very friendly but lacking a little in efficiency, having to chase up drinks and didn't ever get a bottle of water ordered. Would definitely return, just not with vegetarian guests.
