SeaBlue Restaurant and Wine Bar is the finest restaurant on the Grand Strand, featuring Contemporary American cuisine rooted in classic French cooking technique. We aspire to be among the best restaurants in the country, using locally sourced ingredients and displaying five-star service to all our guests. We are proud of our many awards, #1 Restaurant in the Country in 2014 by OpenTable and Best of Award of Excellence 2012-2024 by Wine Spectator, just to name a few.

As owners, Kenneth Norcutt and Tracy Smith are involved in every aspect of the restaurant. Our travels, extensive background, and passion for food and wine enable us to share our experiences with you in our small community of North Myrtle Beach, SC.     Sea Blue is the best one can expect in Myrtle Beach. The waitstaff was semi-knowledgeable, the ambiance was lively for New Years Eve, and the complimentary champagne split at the end was a nice touch. The owner/hostess was welcoming and friendly. The food could have been the main event if it was fresh, local, seasonable or sustainable, however our server didn’t know those details. The filet was cooked perfectly, the ribeye was overdone and flavorless. The scallops and mushrooms were well paired. But why serve asparagus in the winter, and not roast root vegetables? I’d also love to see more seasonal seafood on the menu, given the location. If we find ourselves again near Myrtle Beach I’d love to peruse a new menu and have Sea Blue another try.

    The food here is amazing. We had steaks and they were so perfect!!! The dessert for New years menu was fantastic. Service was prompt and courteous! Perfect meal!!!

    Great New Year’s Eve experience. While everything was great food wise the lobster Thermidor especially hit the mark.

    We have a second home in Sunset Beach so we try to get to the beach as much as possible. Sea Blue is always on the list of restaurants we go to while in town.

    Just okay. The steak was cooked perfectly. But there was no accommodation if you wanted to switch a side. My husband wanted to switch the potatoes for the risotto and it cost us $22!!! I would be fine with a small up charge but that is crazy.

    Like most fine dining steak houses across the nation, steaks are available ala carte. We have options to include a specific vegetable and potato to accommodate a steak for a $7 upcharge. The premium luxury sides of imported Italian Arborio rice risottos like the exotic mushroom and black truffle risotto which incorporates expensive exotic mushrooms and authentic Imported Italian truffles.     My first time at SeaBlue., but won’t be my last time! The most amazing dinner I’ve had in a long time . The red grouper was absolutely amazing. A little on the pricey side, but we have done in so many local restaurants that simply don’t know how to cook food. We enjoyed a special night out with friends and could actually have a conversation. Sound level was great

    Great meal last night, grouper was wonderful, my vegetarian wife loves the beet salad and veggies, my brother said it was the best pork chop he’s ever had. Katie did a wonderful job taking care of us as always!
