                                                                We went for a team holiday lunch. Kelsey was our waitress. She was very attentive, and all the orders came expediently and correct. Everyone enjoyed the food and the service. We will return.

                                                                Food, ambiance and service were all excellent. But the only thing that was amiss was despite mentioning that we were celebrating birthday nothing special was done to acknowledge. That would have been a nice touch. Anything with a candle on it would have made our dining experience wholesome and it left it lacking.

                                                                Lovely atmosphere. Quiet enough for the four of us to share one conversation. Thoughtful and delicious menu with something or everyone. Generous portions. A few bones to pick: The hostess was not warm or welcoming and ignored us for too long while she was fussing with menus or checking her computer or something else. It felt awkward and inhospitable. A simple, "Welcome. I'll be glad to seat you in just a moment" would have gone a long way. Three of the four of us ordered both appetizers and entrees, and unfortunately everything was brought to the table at once. And the polenta with wild mushrooms was too salty to enjoy. Lastly, the website promises 4.5 hour parking at Colony Square Garage for $3 with validation. But using the validation supplied by our waiter, the garage charged me $10 ( I was parked from 5:30 - 9:30 pm).

                                                                Our reservation was at 6:45 and we arrived an hour early. They didn’t have any issues moving our reservation!!! Customer service was amazing!!!! Food was great!!!!

                                                                This review is about "How a rude, loud narcisstic group of people can ruin an evening for eveyone else' - I am amazed that an establishment such as this can't ask their guests -a table of 8 loud, laughing, shouting inconsiderate females-to be considerate of those around them and take their selfish behaviors somewhere else - at least 4 different tables, mine included, asked the server if something couldn't be done about the disruptive behavior of these 8 females and each seemed helpless to do anything -no one offered to call the manager and address the situation - but the noise level, laughter, shouting, etc ruined an otherwise wonderful meal and lovely ambience - in the future, I will be bolder in my expectation that I am entitled to reasonable noise levels in a fine dining restaurant and if I can't get it then I need to leave. Hopefully others won't tolerate a situation like this as many of us did last night.

                                                                Good morning Saundra, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and I apologize that this was your experience. Doug did communicate this to myself and my other managers during your visit. The party behind you were a group of 18 celebrating an engagement, and even as we reminded them of other guests around them and pulled the host of the group to the side to bring it to their attention...as the restaurant got busier they got louder. In being an Italian restaurant we don't just adopt the cuisine but also the culture, that everyone is welcome at the table. This involves accommodating diverse dining experiences for all guests, but I do draw the line where it impedes on others. Unfortunately, on rare occasions that does create situations just as you experienced.
