Great food awesome atmosphere. As long as you have the green side of the coaster facing up they will keep coming by with different meats

Food was great and for the first quarter of the meal the service was great. After that it dropped off a lot. They brought around the same 6 meat options all night and didn't have a lot of the things they and their website said. We never saw our server again after the first part of the meal. After the second half, it took two asks and about 45 min to get a dessert menu. I will say the support staff was great at keeping drinks full. But again towards the end of your mealy hey drop off a noticeable amount to serve other tables. We were there for nearly 3 hours watching at least three tables of varying sizes get sat and finish their meals while we were waiting for service or acknowledgement.

The food was good but for the price I expected more. This is my third time here but I felt this time there were less meats. Family of 4, 5 drinks $16 each, 2 shrimp plates ~$360. The service was outstanding as always but I couldn’t get over the price.

Es la primera vez que visitamos este restaurante y tanto a mi esposo como a mí nos encantó. Es un lugar muy acogedor y la comida es exquisita.

This is our first time to Serra Gaucha. We have been to a few other Brazilian steakhouses, and this did not really compare well to other Brazilian steakhouses. The ambience was just fair, the noise level was moderate. The waitstaff who served the meat did a fairly good job, but their selection of meat was not what I expected. Their steak was not the best quality and I’m surprised they did not offer fillet, and the steak that they did offer was rather on the fatty, grizzly side. They are salad bar was not extensive. The young women who came to the table did not frequent our table enough for drink refills, I also asked for a liquor menu, which they did not have. So I had to come up with some thing on my own, with which I am unfamiliar. Not the best evening out, and this was my husband’s birthday, they did not even offer him a dessert. I do not think we will be returning to this Brazilian Steakhouse.
