Such a beautiful place to escape the busy downtown area. Delicious food and well designed restaurant and bar. Felt like a little getaway during lunch. Will definitely go again.

The place to go for Lunch. 2 course menu for a simple price. Great outdoor patios in the gardens of Central Library. Food and service is outstanding. Makes you feel welcomed.

The outdoor seating is very nice. We had the $25 lunch special. We walked around the garden after lunch.

Super disappointing. DTLA is overdue for a fire brunch spot and this is not it. The service left much to be desired—it was 20 minutes before anyone brought water to the table or greeted us and the place wasn’t remotely busy. The share plates both had food stuck to them only to be replaced by two plates that also had food stuck to them. The Aperol spritz was flat and replaced by a second one which was also flat. The food is on par with what you’d pick up at an airport to-go counter. Mid at best. Highly disappointing. A lot of the high reviews on here have influencer gifting written all over them. It’s a no from me.

Poor service and the food was mediocre. Additionally, the pace which we received our food was bad, so it made for a disruptive dining experience. Beautiful setting, but I would only come here for drinks, not for a special dinner or event.

We went on a Thursday evening. There was a live band on the outside patio. The music was great, but it was very loud. My party of 4 was seated just inside and we had to shout to hear each other. The food and service was great. I just wish the music wasn’t quite so loud. Maybe we were seated next to the speakers, I don’t know.

I had reservations at 8:15 we did not get seated until 8:45. We ordered drinks but the appetizer came before the drinks from the bar arrived. So much so that someone from our table went to the bar to ask for a beer because his beer hadn’t shown up yet. We were celebrating a birthday but there was no care from the server. He was either overwhelmed or needs less tables to manage because he rarely touched table to check on us. Also we all ordered dessert and two people’s dessert didn’t come in for an additional 10 minutes later and everyone else had already finished eating. Food was great, seats were a little uncomfortable and service was poor. They also kept breaking glassware.

First time dining here, but won’t be the last! Excellent food and outdoor setting. Our server, Eliana, was extremely pleasant and helpful.
