Welcome to Seven Hills. We are a rustic neighborhood bistro offering regional Italian food, located in the Russian Hill Neighborhood of San Francisco. We serve great fresh affordable food. Our emphasis is on homemade pastas. Our wine list is small but extremely well thought out and complements our cooking style. We look forward to taking care of you and your guests. Parking is very difficult and can becoming time consuming. There is not a practical parking garage within walking distance. We highly recommend getting a taxi to us as finding parking can get really frustrating

duck pate was delicious and the crudo special with citrus and farm girl salad with blue cheese, all extremely tasty. was too full to eat anything else shared with 3 people. also ordered a pasta with broccoli and friends had the pork chop! 2 bottles of wine and a tasty dessert wine as a bonus! Wowwww! Thank you!

The menu is very limited and they do not serve cocktails only wine. I had a hard time finding appealing dishes to order.

We had an excellent experience for our anniversary. Beautiful pasta, wine, and dessert. Wonderful evening.

The hostess was adorable. Our server lady was fantastic. The food came out not too quick. The ambiance was ok. We read online it was a romantic atmosphere and I don’t think I would describe the restaurant as such. Our food was a little bland. We ordered the Parmesan focaccia and it was great. The panna cotta was superb. The prosciutto salad lacked something. My husband ordered the steak and it was good but such a small portion. I ordered the sea bass and that was quite bland but the portion was right. We thought the food was very over-priced. In all fairness, we did not order any pasta - which is probably what they are known for….but the prices were still way too high. I guess all prices have gone up in SF but pasta dishes without meat going for $28/plate therefore $30 with tax? That doesn’t seem quite right….
