   Beautiful restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. Food was incredible and hostess was very engaging, informative & personable. Our waitress did not seem like she wanted to be there but went through the motions. We enjoyed our time here and will be back!

   Excellent all around. Fun. Hollywood. Historic. Anastasia was fantastic. We left something at the table that was very important. Despite her trying to catch us. We turned left instead of right. She kept it for us. Four hours later coming back thru to valet. She was OMG I have your book. We hadn’t yet realized we lost it. She remembered us and our experience at the “Frank Sinatra “ table as she called it. Fun time.

   Despite having a reservation the restaurant was closed and the staff at the hotel was atrocious and completely unapologetic. I have never been treated so horrible and blamed for a mistake which was not mine. If I could give zero stars i would.

   Wonderful ambience and customer service. The food was a 7/10.  we would definitely come back for the ambience and to sit at the bar and have a cocktail and an appetizer.

   The Shirley Salad is Very Tasty! Love the Tiger Shrimp appetizer! The Brussel sprout side was too sweet for me but was liked by the person I was with. They really need to have more entrees . Need more fish entrees. . Whole branzino does do it. Try some Chilean Sea Bass.. Scampi.. Crab dish.. halibut . Perhaps a few Pastas.. Carbonara.. tomatoes garlic basil.. Fettuccine Alfredo..etc The Hanger steak was very good.. the fries didn't look as good as McDonald's tho....need a different look...than boring fries..IMO.

    Last night, we had the pleasure of dining at Shirley Brasserie, located in the iconic Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, CA. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the elegant and inviting ambience. The decor seamlessly blends classic Hollywood glamour with modern sophistication, creating a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The food was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was a delightful blend of flavors and textures, showcasing the chef's creativity and attention to detail. The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had a great experience. They were more than happy to provide recommendations and accommodate any special requests we had. Overall, Shirley Brasserie exceeded our expectations in every way.
