This was our first experience here celebrating my wife’s birthday, and our time was well spent. A cliché is applicable here; “ You shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.” Once we arrived, we had doubts only because it was in a setting not exclusive or prestigious reflective of the reviews recorded online I read, but thankfully we kept and followed through with our reservation, because not only did we have the opportunity to have the best food prepared for us we have ever eaten, in this Country or in Italy, Sicily, Naples & the city of Florence, but the service from “Max” primarily, and others whom I unfortunately did not get their names, was impeccable and impressive beyond words. Thank you for your “personal touch” that made our time there unforgettable. It was truly amazing how everything was made right beside our table, fresh and with skill. Our choices of dishes were AMAZING in a word. We had prosciutto with cantaloupe, Caesar salad to start with & butternut squash ravioli, filet with Gorgonzola sauce, roasted tomatoes, broccoli & roasted potatoes, wheat rolls, sourdough bread with Parmesan cheese, roasted tomato pâté spread. We had the tiramisu & lemon layered custard. Both were just Heaven! Book your reservation now because you WILL NOT REGRET IT! Allow 1-1-1/2 weeks in advance for the time/day you want for reservation of your choice. Thank you again for such an amazing memory!

The food was delicious. The only issue was our server didn't know what he was talking about. I would ask if I could have my entree without mushrooms, he says it's not possible, and eventually another woman would come over and discuss ways she could make it happen. She was very helpful.

Good experience overall. Food tasted great, but portions were really small for the price you pay. Plan to still be hungry after you leave, unless you want to empty your wallet.

I have always loved this restaurant. Unfortunately, this time we were extremely disappointed. We ordered the eggplant Parmesan appetizer and it came out looking almost like soup. It was a gooey mess. I ordered the veal saltimbocca and a side of spinach . The veal had a huge amount of prosciutto on top and both it and the spinach were incredible salty. I expected better. Now on the upside. The service was wonderful and they were quite kind about the food. They comped us dessert but we would rather have had the wine corkage removed! The ambiance was fantastic and the jazz band delightful! Now if the food would improve 🤞‼️
