   My wife and I made a quick return to the great Siempre Algo. Splurged on the Chicken Liver Pate and Pork Rillettes with the house made baguette! The seared Tuna was amazing. I had the new Lamb Loin Dish, and it was perfection. My wife had the Cabbage entree which was amazingly flavorful. perfect ending was the Vanilla, Bourbon, Sea Salt Ice Cream with delicious Shortbread Cookie. Great wines and excellent service.

   We enjoyed our experience from the minute we entered the restaurant. Our server was gracious and accommodating. We were offered complimentary champagne to start off the evening. The Old Fashioned cocktail was fantastic. Our entrees were perfectly prepared, one Salmon, one Beef - flavorful and nicely presented with complimentary sides. Skipped dessert this time, but we will definitely be returning! Lovely evening!

   For our dinner, we really enjoyed the mocktails, baguette, stinging-nettle soup, ivory king salmon, and huckleberry creme brulee. My husband said that his porchetta should have been cooked more, and he ate only a little of it. The waitress served us promptly and politely.

   Siempre Algo is our favorite Pittsburgh restaurant, excelling in all categories, particularly the outstanding food. We followed chef Brian from Echo years ago. We’re happy to be regulars here.

   Siempre Algo was amazing again. I could eat there every night and not be bored. The new spice crusted and chilled yellowtail Tuna dish was superb! We shared the Wagyu Sirloin entree which was so well cooked tasty and had a great sear on it. Really enjoyed the relatively unknown Saperavi red wine from the Country of Georgia. The Service was spot on, friendly and excellent.

   Every dish was amazing and well executed. Started with the caviar, the crudo which was phenomenal. The flavors went so well together. I had the guinea fowl for entree. Perfectly done and so flavorful. Ended with the pistachio cake & my friend had the chocolate cake. A perfect meal through and through. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

   Dinner tonight was amazing. They were so accommodating and did a wonderful job if pairing wines and cocktails with my courses. Make sure to try the O Snap cocktail. It was like early springtime in a cocktail glass.

    We had an amazing meal and time at Siempre Algo. The salmon entree was so good and the scallop crudo was as well. Kristin was awesome and so friendly. We can’t wait to come back!
