Located on top of the all-new Muckleshoot Casino Resort tower in the heart of the bountiful Pacific Northwest. Smoke & Cedar will be among one of the country's leading steakhouses, dedicated to providing excellent guest service, fine libations, prime steaks and the best seafood the PNW has to offer. This one-of-a-kind restaurant in Washington commands 270-degree views of Mt. Rainier, the Puget Sound and both the Olympic and Cascade Mountain ranges.

Smoke & Cedars menu is updated seasonally to best showcase ingredients collected by foragers from the farmers markets, regional farms, and other artisan purveyors. The soul of the restaurant quite literally extends through its decor to spectacular views, complimenting a menu that conveys the sentiment that quality procured ingredients-are better appreciated on a beautiful plate in an approachable but elegant setting.

    Extremely limited menu. If you want a very expensive steak this is your place. Other options, not so much.

    Beautiful restaurant, everyone was very nice. Our server was very nice and friendly. He took really good care of us. Wonderful evening. Thank you to the entire staff!

    Our server Amanda was outstanding, very knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious; we really liked the bread service, the crunchy glaze on the salmon was perfect, and the lobster mac and cheese had giant chunks of tasty lobster. The ambiance was enjoyable, there was a live pianist playing a fun assortment of music. There is a heated outdoor deck but not much of a view in the dark, it would be great for a summer dinner though! Access to the restaurant needs improvement: there is no signage inside indicating how to get there, and getting into the parking garage alone took 10+ minutes on a busy Saturday night. If you’re able-bodied try to take the stairs rather than wait for an elevator in the garage.

    Food is overpriced for the quality. I had the porterhouse steak medium rare with blue cheese. Steak was over cooked and greasy. Blue cheese was way too rich and I love blue cheese.

    Smoke & Cedar is a steakhouse with an upscale feel! There was a live pianist for the evening which added to the wonderful ambience! Service was excellent and Jason did an amazing job with timing! He even offered to take our picture while we admire the view form the outdoor patio. This dinner was for a birthday celebration. Although we didn't order dessert, a complimentary mini bundt cake was given to the birthday celebrant. We were also given complimentary bon bons which were perfectly balanced - not too sweet! We started off with a couple of their specialty cocktails and the scallops appetizer. We split the 16oz ribeye 2-way and shared the lobster mac and cheese and asparagus. Dinner was delicious!

    Our server Joseph was wonderful. We ordered the 19th floor tower. The tower we ordered was amazing. I'm not a fan of muscles but the smoked flavor and texture was great. The other seafood on the tower was high high quality.

    While the food here was very good, service was not. It took a long time to get our drinks. They finally came but Tonic in hubby’s drink was flat. Server came back with a new bottle of tonic to show us it wasn’t open (therefore wouldn’t be flat). Said he’d be back with gin. That took a long time . He kept saying it’s coming right up, but it didn’t. He finally brought it and hubby had to make his own drink. Service throughout the rest of the meal was not what you would expect from a fine dining restaurant. But on the plus side the food was very good.
