Whereas traditional Tex-Mex uses a Santa Maria Grill, Tex-Que derives from our offset Smoker to cook all of our proteins and incorporate them into our inclusive menu. Smoky Rose offers all of the Texas staples from our top rated Brisket Queso, to our delicious smoked Brisket Tacos. We have it all - made fresh in our scratch kitchen.                                                                                                                 A great place to go. A little noisy sitting outside right next to the road. Not a huge deal for us, even though some of us are hard of hearing. Great value for 7 guests with a decent amount of alcohol. Had almost all the meats, and sides, plus a few other entrees…..all very tasty. We wish we knew about this place sooner.
