                      The food was great but we had to wait an hour and 30 minutes to receive our food. They also told us that our appetizers will be coming out with the main course, which didn’t make any sense to me. Apparently there is only one chef in the kitchen on a Saturday night. The waitress that we had didn’t check on us at all she would literally walk past our table. I even heard talking aggressively to another waitress, basically telling her to make her own drinks, and that was not professional of her. The ambience is good and the music choice was good. I think they should just make it a cocktail lounge with small bites instead of having actual food there.

                      This was our first time. I drove all the way from Winston Salem to have dinner with my girlfriends from Charlotte. It was very slow. Very!!! I never received my dinner until it was time to go. My friend never got her wine. My other friend never got her appetizer. What food we did get was delicious. My drink was very watery for $16.00. The ambiance was awesome. We probably will not return.

                      Set a reservation for 10:30pm didn’t get seated until 10:57. The owner didn’t have great control of the environment. We decided to leave after being seated because the wait was long to receive food, hookah or drinks.

                      We definitely enjoyed our experience at Smooth! The service was very attentive, the food was very good and the ambience was very nice. This is a good choice for a date night, indeed.

                      It was a great time we enjoyed the experience. The cocktails were delicious and food fantastic. The music was loud but surprisingly we could still talk to each other.

                      Very nice set up. We went while it was a private event so we didn’t to get the full experience but will definitely go back

                      The absolute worst. Long story short, Bree (who apparently is one of the owners) will be the ultimate downfall of this lounge. The attitude, eye rolling, and total disrespectful attitude she displays with customers is extremely disgusting. There’s simply no excuse for her behavior. If Bree doesnt have the personality to deal with the public, she needs to run the lounge from the back and NOT interact with customers.

                      My husband and I had reservations on tonight 11/2 which is on a Saturday. It wasn't even that busy. First off no one greeted us when we came in. We had to stand at the door for a few minutes before someone acknowledged us. It looked like the security guard that took us to our table. We sat at the table for at least 5 minutes and no one brought us any water or acknowledged us at the table. I had to ask the security guard can we have some water then a waitress finally came over and asked us what we wanted to drink. We sat there for 15 minutes and never got a drink. We saw the waitress making drinks at the bar and she kept giving her attention to a table of 4 men that sat at the table beside ours. But we saw other tables that were getting served multiple times. So finally we left. I have been here twice and I have had great experience both times but this time this was unacceptable and I refuse to give my money to an establishment to be ignored and treated like this. I did see the owner and she never acknowledged us as well. My husband and I are 2 professionals dressed very nicely and there was no reason for the poor service that we received.

                      We had a wonderful time celebrating at this restaurant the ambiance and service were great, and the staff made us feel right at home. They were friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. However, the food itself was a bit of a letdown. While we were hoping for flavorful, memorable dishes, most items didn’t quite meet our expectations in terms of taste and quality. I’d give the food a 2-star rating, but the overall experience, thanks to the excellent service and atmosphere, still made it a nice evening out
