Snowy River Cocktail Co offers a hip, relaxed dining experience focused around our stunning cocktails and amazing food. We love making cocktails truly spectacular using our all-natural cocktail glitters & rimmers. We offer signature cocktails as well as classics and have a large whiskey/bourbon collection for guests to enjoy.

Snowy River Cocktails is located in the heart of downtown Bellingham attached to the Mt Baker Theatre. So if you are looking to enjoy a meal before the show or to drop in after for a late night cocktail, then Snowy River is the place to go. Loads of street parking and public lot parking that customers can use. We are attached to My Baker Theatre so there is a lot of associated parking as well. Bikes can be secured onsite as well if necessary.

Located next to Mt Baker Theatre at 100 N Commercial St. There is a Bus stop on Champion street right outside the bar or simply follow city transit routes to Mt Baker Theatre and we are located at the southern end of the building.

An early dinner for two. The drinks were good. Shares a plate of pork belly bites…very good. I had the mussels and my friend had the burger. Both were very good. Ordered a shrimp cocktail, but it was unavailable due to a supplier shortage. I’ll return to sample a few more of their small plates.

Their Wednesday night burger special is a great value. The burger was simple but tasty. It’s a short beer list but covers all the basics and the cocktails look lots of fun. We will try those next time

I'm being generous with the 2 stars. They have made many changes to their menu and I cant say they were for the better. Our food was just ok, nothing a fast food window couldnt have competed with. Pricing for food was decent because we went there for the specials but their everyday pricing is quite high for what you are getting. The staff seems to have very little knowledge of what they actually serve out of the kitchen and out of the 5 of us 4 of our meals arrived incorrect. Cant say I'm excited to go back
