This special experience includes the tasting menu plus our classic "Arrels" wine pairing highlighting the best of Spanish and Californian producers. A limited number of non-alcoholic pairings is available upon request. Price: $720 per person and requires a $500 deposit. The "First Look "Chef’s Counter Experience features a communal counter seating and offers the opportunity to observe Chef Aitor’s culinary mastery first hand. In this immersive experience, you will be guided through a multi-sensory dining experience by our staff. Tax or gratuity are not included. "First Look" Private Cellar Experience: $995 per person including beverages (excluding tax & gratuity). Be one of the very first guests to experience the new Somni in ouer private cellar room during opening week. A 1000$ deposit per party is required to secure the booking and will be applied to the final bill. The cellar experience takes place in our private dining room adjacent to the wine cellar. This experience includes the menu, our high-end "Calafia" wine pairing and the private room for the entire evening. A limited number of non-alcoholic pairing is available upon request.
