Private Cellar Experience: $995 per person (not including tax & gratuity) A 1000$ deposit is required to secure the booking and will be applied to the final bill. Experience Somni's tasting menu in a luxurious private setting. The cellar experience takes place in our private dining room adjacent to the wine cellar. While you will have the private room all to yourself, you will still experience the same innovative menu and hospitality that Somni is known for. This experience includes the menu, a choice of either our wine or non-alcoholic pairing and the private room for the entire evening. Tax and gratuity are not included in the menu price. Ring in the New Year with the Somni Team. The NYE Private room experience costs $1,000/person and requires a deposit of $2,500 for the entire party. This special experience includes our tasting menu and our high-end "Calafia" pairing (not including tax and gratuity). The Chef’s Counter Experience features a communal counter seating and offers the opportunity to observe Chef Aitor’s culinary mastery first hand. In this immersive experience, you will be guided through a multi-sensory dining experience by our staff. Wine pairings can either be pre-purchased or chosen the evening of your reservation.
