Sora is a deliberately thought out plan to bring an elevated sushi experience to the Midwest.
Visit us on social @eatatsora for all updates to our menu and events!
Sunday through Wednesday we offer a wide variety of sushi and hot-line items until 10pm but our bar will stay open later for guest to enjoy cocktails and the ambiance.
Thursday, Friday and Saturday we offer our full menu from 4-11 and a limited "late-night" menu from 11-1 for anyone that is looking for a late bite. Our bar on the weekend is full service until 2am always offering great music, friendly staff and eclectic vibes. Annually a "Best Of" winner. Come and join us!

    Went to Sora on NYE and it was such a blast. I had a group of 11 and we were all impressed with the service and how quickly we received our food for having such a large group. Highly recommend the crispy rice and spirited away!

    When my party arrived we waited 10 min for our table to be cleaned off. When we were seated, we weren't given silverware. The waitress served us water and took our drink order but it took 30 min to receive them. The waitress expressed she had to "find" us silverware. When we received our appetizers we still didnt have silverware. When we expressed that we had been waiting for a period of time a gentleman dressed in black and white made a smart remark about it being New Years Eve as if that excused the poor service we were receiving. It is unacceptable to miss the basics. The restaurant was not very busy. It looked seemed to be a normal night not a Holiday. I don't blame it all on the waitress. It seemed as if they may have been understaffed and maybe she had too many tables or it was poorly operated. We had to flag our waitress down to place our appetizer order and our entree order. One of the members of my party didn't receive their appetizer because it was sent to the wrong table. For a table of 4 we were seated around 9:20 and didn't leave until 11:30pm. We left shortly after receiving the bill.

    Food took a little long than expected. Our server was extremely gracious and apologetic. Took off the appetizers for the long wait. Overall very nice experience on NYE

    I want Sora back how when they were a popup and freshly opened as staying official. The drinks haven’t been good like they used to, the crispy rice wasn’t fresh, by my sushi for sure was still delicious.

    We went on a slow Monday midafternoon to celebrate our engagement! The Ikura was amazing, and the portion of crab Poke was generous and very delicious. The house salad came out lightning fast too! I would Highly recommend this place to any couple as a fun weeknight date or a special occasion. The photos don't do the ambiance justice. Can't wait to see what this place looks like in the evening!

    In the past we had a good an experience here. But not this time. Terrible service. Some of our orders forgotten. Vegetarian food service on same plate as seafood. Our special occasion diner was ruined.

    We absolutely loved the food and service. I had been looking forward to trying this place and it was everything I thought. The only down was when we first came in I gave our reservation name to the girl with long black hair and she was snippy. I kept telling her our last name and she showed her our confirmation and that our friends were already Sat and she was somewhat abrasive and combative instead of helpful. Another girl came up thankfully and walked us over to them.

    Ein sehr tolles Erlebnis. Das Essen war von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert sehr lecker. Besonders das Sushi war sehr gut.
