    Sotto Sopra always has one of the best, if not the best restaurant week menus. Only $45, while most are now $55, many delicious options, where most restaurants list only 3, and three full courses (some restaurants only include two). Food was very good. Small quibble about the flatbread - somewhat dry, with two slices of prosciutto laying on top, not really incorporated into it. Did not appreciate the 4% charge for using a credit card. The bill with tax and tip for our party of four was over $400. It's unrealistic to think folks are carrying around that much cash. I just don't like these add on charges. The cost of the food should be all inclusive of all the inputs and expenses to produce the meal. What's next? Fuel surcharges? Employee benefits? Trump tariffs on Italian foods and wine? Just include all your costs in the price of the food and we consumers can decide whether the cost is worth it to dine there without sneaking in additional fees. On a positive note, our server offered to prepare separate checks for our 2 couples, even though the menu said it couldn't be done. Much appreciated

    Nice meal, nothing special. Bronzino and lamb chops ok. The burata appetizer was noteworthy.

    The only thing better than the amazing food and atmosphere was the top notch service. During resteraunr week, the courses were so appealing it was difficult to pick just one time. Might even to again tomorrow!

    One of my favorite restaurants- ambience and service were outstanding last night- if we dropped a fork or a napkin someone immediately got us a new one. We visited during restaurant week and I was not aware that you could not order from the regular menu. You had to do the restaurant week menu -no matter we were ok with that. It was Peabody night so we got to hear some music and singing. The unfortunate part of the evening has to do with the food, which is normally very good. The focaccia bread was the highlight of my dinner. Two of us sent the duck back because it was undercooked and tough. My salad was a little wilted like it had been dressed and sitting for a while. My companions pumpkin pasta and sausage dish not great - sausage was burnt and tough. Not sure if the kitchen had an off night or what. We sent back the duck and I ordered spaghetti carbonara, which was just OK.

    Went for restaurant week. Don’t know if it was because it was a special menu, but everything tasted bland and had no flavor the duck, risotto, branzino, mussels. Just awful and not worth the money that we spent.

    Thank you, Will, for making another birthday very special! The staff here are incredible, with the mixologist being their shining star. The food is always outstanding with great portions, but we come back for Will's excellent drink craftsmanship and the positivity of the staff.

    The entire staff went out of their way to create a memorable anniversary experience. Great food, reasonable prices, diverse crowd and incredible vibe. Highly recommended !!!

    Absolutely wonderful experience as usual! Best thing about Sotto Sopra is that it is just as welcoming and cozy as it’s always been! Love the employees, the owner and his family! Food is delicious!
