We are so excited to announce another wonderful cookbook launch event! Join us for an unforgettable evening featuring author, Dominick Thompson, whose path in life and the plant-based space are nothing short of incredible. It will be an evening of delicious food and engaging conversation as he shares his inspiring story and discusses his cookbook, Eat What Elephants Eat (your ticket includes a copy of his book). Enjoy mingling, a buffet featuring Spirit Elephant's delicious offerings, as well as one of Dominick's signature recipes, along with light beverages. The evening will be capped off with an inspiring speech from Dominick, followed by the opportunity to have your copy of Eat What Elephants Eat personally signed. Dominick Thompson is a prominent advocate in the ethical vegan and No-Meat Athlete movements. An Ironman triathlete and social entrepreneur, Dom reentered the workforce after his imprisonment and went on to compete in endurance races, including marathons, triathlons, and ultra-races. He eventually became an executive at a leading healthcare company, where he saved enough to launch Eat What Elephants Eat, an online nutrition and wellness program that offers subscribers a personalized, plant-based meal plan with daily meal recommendations.

Join us on Wednesday, April 30th, for a patio launch party with a city vibe, featuring Chicago's own DJ, Leja Hazer spinning vinyl records. Don't miss active food stations, special drinks and 70s and 80s tunes mixed with blues, jazz and funk for the perfect summer vibe. On the menu will be a sampling of our new Spring/Summer menu offerings, including Baba Ganoush Bruschetta, Toro Sushi Cups, Buffalo Eggrolls, Lemon Pound Cake and more. We will also have a selection of our new summery cocktails and the delicious, new zero-proof, house-made Carrot Lemonade, Bring your friends for fun, upbeat and festive music, special food and drinks and an all around great time--we can't wait to see you there!
