    The food is unbelievable. The freshness and pairing of each ingredient is a delight. Chef was also server which made the experience special as he was able to explain all dishes and recommend the best for what we wanted.

    St Blaise was well worth getting me out of my bubble from the other side of Sydney. The food was fantastic, the service excellent and the ambience had my husband and I pretending we were on a date (no arguments, we were too busy saying how good the meal was)

    This place is really something special and unlike anything else you will find in the area. Vedran cooks with the freshest ingredients and tonight we had most dishes on the menu which are all amazing. He is a fantastic host and one of a kind. We love everything about this little gem.

    This place is simply amazing. Beautiful setting with Croatian music playing in the background . The food is beautifully prepared with amazing flavour. Excellent service. 10 out of 10. Will definitely be returning.
