Starbucks Reserve™ Roastery Milano

The Whiskey Barrel-Aged Guatemala Experience starts with a guided tour of the Roastery that highlights the artistic and architectural features of the building and the role of Milan in the history of Starbucks. Following that, our expert mixologists will guide guests in the discovery of Whiskey Barrel-Aged Guatemala, our coffee beans aged in oak-wood barrels soaked in whiskey, with a tasting of a non-alcoholic cold brew and American Infusion, a tasty twist to the classic Americano created by our own bartender Stefano De Corato. Join our manufacturing team in the fascinating process of transforming green beans of arabica coffee into our aromatic cup of brewed coffee. Immerse yourself in an unparalleled coffee journey with our exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the Starbucks Reserve™ coffee roasting area. The experience is available on Tuesday and Thursday at 2pm. It lasts 90 minutes and costs EUR 90 per person. Maximum 4 people per slot. For operational reasons the experience needs to be booked at least 72 hours in advance.

The Reserve Coffee Lab starts with a guided tour of the Roastery that highlights the artistic and architectural features of the building and the central role of Milan in the history of Starbucks. After that, you will be guided in the preparation of a Starbucks Reserve™ single-origin using two different brewing methods, to appreciate how the same coffee can convey very different sensations based on how it is prepared.
