I booked for some friends of mine I knew would be as excited about the ambiance & architecture as I was & Stellar Jay did not disappoint. The view was phenomenal for city atmosphere & I can’t wait to return in the spring for warm weather patio vibes. I wished they had an outdoor fire pit, that’s something I would have loved as an addition. The menu was unique & the food delicious. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly & offered great recommendations. I loved watching the chiefs prepare the food openly & the roasted fire aroma was intoxicating. Really enjoyed this visit!

My husband and I had a wonderful time watching sunset and then the Christmas lights. Ruby Trout and Baked Alaska were the most delicious. Stuff was very nice, too

Really great food in a unique and beautiful setting. Plates are sharable the ambiance is fun but low key.

Venison skewer lacked seasoning- mainly salt. Radicchio salad came with avocado and celery, but those ingredients were not listed on the menu. Lastly a classic Moscow mule was not prepared in the traditional way with ginger beer and really left much to be desired. Service and seating selections were excellent.

The food, service, ambiance and drinks were all incredible. We had the centennial steak and sweet potatoes. We will definitely be going back.

We had dinner with friends before the Colorado Symphony and enjoyed the spectacular view of the lights in Civic Center Park and the City and County Building. The music in the restaurant was a little too loud for conversation. The squash and mushroom appetizers were delicious. The quail was a little too small to share, which we did. I wish there was another salad on the menu. I'm not a fan of radicchio. Our friends enjoyed the pork collar. The Mohawkan Old Fashioned packs a punch. Our server, Erin, was wonderful. Thank you for a memorable evening.

The ambience and the views are a wonderful experience of Denver. The service is amazing, drinks were great, and overall the food was good. They are newer so I would give it another try for great food down the road when they get more time being open. The open kitchen is so unique, and I don't think there would be a bad seat.
